Nik provides 50 minute 1:1 consultation periods starting at £95*. These sessions offer a comprehensive deep dive into the context of all parties involved, including the child, while outlining tailored support strategies. These sessions are also well suited for ongoing complex cases, providing check-ins during court proceedings, strategic planning, and obtaining detailed legal guidance and frameworks. 

*£95 for daytime appointments & £110 for evening appointments

Nik provides 30 minute 1:1 consultation periods at £75. These sessions are designed for individuals seeking quick, precise advice tailored to their unique circumstances. Each session delivers actionable guidance informed by legal context and a deep understanding of the issues at hand. 

Nik also provides an emergency 30 minute service during weekends, or ‘last minute’ in the week for £120. These sessions are for those that need ‘as soon as possible’ sessions, to debrief, discuss the legalities and strategies.

McKenzie Friend services include:

• Assistance in preparing applications 

• Preparing/checking position statements

• Preparing/checking witness statements 

• Considering S7 Reports/Assessments within proceedings to provide guidance 

• If within reasonable distance attending court as support.

Nik was a practicing solicitor for 13 years within Child Protection and Family both in the private and public sector. She now provides her support as a McKenzie Friend (a non practicing solicitor) so that individuals can access tailored, experienced support at a far more affordable and accessible rate.
